If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof should only be provided by the user of the application.
The licence is not transferable and you should not share or offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. You can use the free version of tool for trail basis only and you need to opt for a plan for commercial or extended usage. We reserve the right to block you in case we found usage abuse.

The tool has been customized to reduce the overall cost of server and maintenance and we pass on this benefit to our paid users, Since the tool works on client side instead of server side the total images it could process depends on your computer processing power. We do not refund because of lack of processing power of your device. Due to this it is advisable to use it on your desktop with high processing power instead of low power mobile.
You need to email us with a reason to get a refund and we will revert to you in 7-10 days.
We reserve all the rights for our tool, purchasing a pro plan doesn't give rights to any of our intellectual property or plugins we use.
Pro plan offers you service to use our tool after satisfactry use of free version of the same tool.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeWatermark, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Liability: In no event will Wewatermark be liable to any of your loss under any liability, negligence, contract or theory. Wewatermark shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to usage of our tool or services.
